PIR pre-insulated duct panels (Polyisocyanurate Pre-insulated Duct Panels) are mainly made of isocyanates and polyethers, together with catalysts, fire retardants, environmentally friendly blowing agents, etc., and are formed through a specialized formulation and under strict process conditions with thorough mixing and reaction. The surface is usually compounded with aluminum foil or aluminum plates with antibacterial and antioxidant coatings to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.

1. Product Applications

PIR is a new - type thermal insulation material. It can be used to meet the thermal insulation requirements of various pipelines, equipment, and buildings within the temperature range of - 196℃ to + 150℃. It has an extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent linear expansion coefficient and strength, as well as strong anti - aging properties. With its light weight and ease of installation, it is an ideal choice for energy - saving thermal insulation materials in building air - conditioning and ventilation systems.

PIR Pre-insulated (PI) Duct Sheets:

Regular Size: 3950*1200*20mm/ 2900*1200*20mm

PIR Foam Density: 52kg/m3,

Weight: about 1.4kg/m2

Packing: 10 sheets/ paper carton

40'HQ Container: 3950/2900*1200*20mm, 10 sheets packed in one carton, total 660sheets (3950mm) / 880sheets(2900mm).

20'GP Container: 2900*1200*20mm, 10 sheets packed in one carton, total 400sheets.

Mechanical Properties: The board has high strength but is brittle and not easy to bend. During handling and installation, avoid local stress, bending, or compression to prevent damage and cracking caused by stress concentration.

Fire Safety: Its fire protection grade is up to B1 level. There are potential safety hazards when used in places with extremely high fire protection requirements. It is necessary to strictly assess its applicability in accordance with relevant specifications, and additional fire protection measures should be adopted when necessary.

Storage Requirements: Keep it away from high temperatures and store it in a sealed manner to prevent the performance of the board from being affected by high temperatures, moisture, and air, ensuring its quality during use.
